- Task Order Limitations. All task orders (TOs) valued at or below $15M will be competed in Pool 2 for Small Business awardees.
- Customers. Customers may include DoD components and other U.S. Government agencies and departments and their contractors; state and local governments; industry, academia and other institutions as well as international organizations in which the U.S. Government is a member or participant; foreign governments or foreign military organizations with which the United States or DoD has international agreements for military or related operations and or provides military assistance and sales.
- Contract Types. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Level of Effort (LOE); FFP; & Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Task Orders.
